I have a studio based within the old walls of the city of York, capital of the beautiful Yorkshire. At the central York photography studio. I shoot model portfolios, individual portraits, hair and fashion photography, commercial/creative portrait photography  as well as business portraits for LinkedIn profiles and PR.  I also shoot away from the studio as part of my location portrait and commercial photography services and I am able to provide a portable photography studio to shoot in your business premises when required. I am more than happy working in any lighting situation, in studio or on location, and often use advanced techniques to mix ambient light with flash light to create the perfect photograph. Most of my location photography is at one of York/Yorkshires many beautiful locations or at the great location setting just outside the studio door!

Locations

I have and do provide photography services internationally but my home is here in Yorkshire and day to day I deliver Model portfolios and  commercial photography services in York, Leeds, Harrogate, Ripon, everywhere across Yorkshire and the North Of England. I can and do travel further afield as well, shooting both across the U.K. and abroad.

My portraits are mostly shot in the studio or one of Yorkshires/ North England’s beautiful locations. We are so lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the world. It is a pleasure for me to get to photograph my fantastic clients in such wonderful surroundings. 

Head Shot & Model Portfolio

Folio shots take around 3 hrs, mostly in studio or on Location (or both depending on weather) – £225 for 6 images of your choice in both Black & White and Colour.

Viewings are made easy with your own password protected private viewing portal on my website, simply sit back and choose your images in the comfort of your own home.

All images are delivered electronically at full resolution with multi usage rights, post produced ready for print, web, social media etc.

Commercial Photography for Businesses

My commercial photography service is designed to help you individually succeed and to sell your product or service.  Providing professional corporate portraits of your staff in a central York studio, on location or in your offices. Eye catching product shots, PR photos or dramatic building images are just some of the services offered.  All services are delivered professionally and are fully adaptable to fit your unique business requirements.

Studio or location

My photography studio in York is equipped with the latest professional digital camera and lighting gear – providing a wonderfully cost effective service for ‘people’ and ‘packshots’. It is positioned above the fantastic Dannie Lea hair salon so I have hair and make up on site. There is also a fantastic range of therapies and it has a licensed bar so why not make a day of it. I also shoot offsite as part of my family and commercial photography services and I am able to provide a portable photography studio to shoot in your business premises or at trade events when required.

Individual Portrait Photography on location or in central York studio

As life goes on, babies are born and families grow up and leave home, so it is easy to forget the individual moments that make up our lives.  A portrait won’t improve your memory, but it will help you to capture a slice of life at a particular instant in time and provide you with a lifetime of moments to look back on and smile.

Wedding Photography

My approach as a wedding photographer is relaxed & informal but always professional.  I capture the emotions and details of the day, from the moments, as they happen. I take relaxed group shots,  stunning shots of you as a couple and individual portraits of your guests and wedding party.

My intention is to tell a story of your special day through my photographs. Capturing all those magic moments.

I will not take you away from your guests, taking over the day. Indeed one of the things I hear again and again from my clients is how I did not intrude upon their special day.  Instead I work closely with you before the wedding, so you can relax on the day knowing that I will capture everything that is important to you to make your day extra special.

I like to see myself as part of your big day. My objective is capturing you and your guest enjoying themselves throughout your Wedding day.
